MUSIC & TEA UK PRESENTS
Faith, Song, and
a Spot of Tea.
A curated series of live acoustic sessions and technical deep-dives for the UK church community. Rediscover the beauty of worship through simplicity.
Our Story
Music & Tea UK began in a small vestry in the Cotswolds with a simple premise: that high production value shouldn't compromise spiritual intimacy. We bring together AV professionals, worship leaders, and musicians to explore the intersection of technical excellence and authentic acoustic gathering. It’s about the resonance of a wood-bodied guitar, the clarity of a single voice, and the warmth of a shared brew.

Our Philosophy
On Simplicity
We believe the best worship happens when the technology disappears. A well-placed mic, a warm room tone, a single take that breathes this is not the absence of craft, but its highest form. We chase clarity, not polish.
On Presence
A session is not a broadcast. It’s a gathering. Every recording begins with people in a room a kettle on, chairs arranged in a circle, no separation between performer and listener. What we capture afterward is only the residue of something real that already happened.
On Craft
We take the technical seriously because we take the sacred seriously. Signal chains, room acoustics, mic placement these aren’t obstacles to intimacy, they’re how intimacy is preserved and shared. Good engineering is a form of hospitality.
On Tea
It’s not a gimmick. A shared pot slows a room down. It gives hands something to hold and silences somewhere to rest. We’ve found that the best conversations about faith and sound happen in that stillness between songs, over a second cup.
