How we handle your information
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the forms on musicandtea.com. If anything here is unclear, email info@musicandtea.com.
Who we are
Music & Tea UK is a community music initiative of Sound4Church, with production by FKLEF Productions. You can reach us at info@musicandtea.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name and email address, plus whichever of these the form asks for: location, your role or skills, background, a portfolio link, your organisation, the type of sponsorship you are interested in, your availability, and your message.
How your submission is processed
This site has no database. When you press send, your form is passed to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which emails it to our team at info@musicandtea.com. FormSubmit handles your submission only to deliver it to us. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details or financial information, in your messages.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to review membership and volunteer applications, and to follow up sponsorship enquiries. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Members of the Music & Tea team who handle enquiries, applications and sponsorship. Applications are reviewed by the leadership team.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will respond.
Other services on this site
Fonts load from Google Fonts and many photographs load from the Pexels image network, so those providers can see your IP address when a page loads. Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Etsy and FKLEF Productions take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.
